Owned by Jamie and Jonathan Ward, they promise “classic styling, modern performance, and timeless utility.”  And what they did to this Ford Bronco delivers. Audi cars are well known for solid performance, but not necessarily for futuristic or innovative design. That’s changed with the all-new Urban Concept. A fully electric car scheduled for sale in the UK in 2013. It features a go-kart style design, lithium battery powered engines, and a single speed transmission with top speeds of 60 mph.

The obvious target is European city dwellers. With incredibly high gas prices in Europe, I’m sure the Urban Concept with its battery powered engines and low ticket price will be very popular. The Urban Concept will cost £8,800 or $13,600.

The debut of the 2013 Ford Mustang has car enthusiasts as giddy as little schoolgirls in pigtails. A car owners manual is one of those resources that can save a lot of time and money when making minor (or major) car repairs. Used cars are frequently missing an owners manual, and for older models, these must have books for car maintenance and repairs can be hard to track down. Paper versions can be purchased, but typically cost anywhere from $10-30. I was excited when I saw that Edmunds.com posted a comprehensive list of resources for car owner manuels. A majority of the car owners manuals are free to download or print.

What does it feel like to run 26.2 miles and then wander NYC for hours looking for your car? Charles Petraske is an expert on this topic. The runner finished the New York Marathon last week only to realize he couldn’t remember where he parked his car. He spent the next few hours looking for it with no phone or cash. He finally called his wife from a hotel and had her pick him up. After chasing leads for two days, he was able to locate his car by calling the company that owned several parking garages in the area and tell them what billboard ads he saw near the garage.

Moral of the story? A little cleverness can erase a lot of forgetfullness.
